We are building a decentralized councilor structure that supports shared decision making. Our decision making model encourages nurses at all levels to participate in decisions affecting their clinical and professional work environments. Front-line nurses have the opportunity to respond to issues that affect patient care, efficiency of operations, leadership, research, and our ability to provide exceptional care.
